    1. How To Obtain A Game Board:

      A Game Board is not required to play the Game. A Participant can obtain an official Game Board (a “Game Board”) for the Game in one or more of the following ways:

      1. while supplies last, at any participating McDonald’s restaurant in Canada;

    2. Property Tracker And Monopoly Rewards:

      1. Overview:

        There is no online version of the Game. The Game provides an online property tracker (“Property Tracker”) for convenience for a Participant to potentially earn Monopoly Rewards (described below) using the Property Tracker. In order to use the Property Tracker, a Participant must be thirteen years of age or older. During the Game Period, and until 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 30, 2020, a Participant can access the Property Tracker via his/her McDonald’s app, or use the Property Tracker at the Property Tracker website www.mcdpromotion.ca (“Property Tracker Website”) to potentially earn Monopoly Rewards and keep track of the “Collect and Win” properties that he/she collects in the Game. Each time a Participant successfully enters seven unique Codes from any Game Stamps (“Collect and Win”, “Instant Win” or “Instant Win” Food Prizes) in the Property Tracker, a message will appear that the Participant has earned a reward (each a “Monopoly Reward” or “Reward” and collectively “Monopoly Rewards” or “Rewards”). There is a maximum of eight Monopoly Reward levels available for a Participant to achieve. All valid Codes must be entered into the Property Tracker by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2020, in order to count towards a Monopoly Reward.

      3. How To Create A “My Account”:

        A Participant who is thirteen years of age or older must use the McDonald’s app or go to the Property Tracker Website and create a “My Account”. Please note that your registration from a previous Monopoly® Property Tracker or other McDonald’s promotion will not be available for your use and you will be required to create a new My Account. To begin, the Participant must go to “Sign Up” from the navigation bar to be taken to “Registration”. A first-time Participant can then complete the registration for a My Account by providing his/her first name only and a valid email address, then confirm that email address and create a password in accordance with the password requirements (found in “Password Requirements” below) and then enter the first three digits/characters of the Participant’s postal code. A Participant next must confirm his/her consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information for the purpose of administering the Property Tracker, and if the Participant is a Minor, confirm that his/her parent or legal guardian authorizes such consent. Acknowledging consent also confirms Participant’s (or if a Minor, his/her parent/legal guardian’s) agreement to the Official Rules, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. A Participant who has reached the age of majority also has the right but not the obligation to check a separate box if the Participant wishes to receive marketing and promotion-related emails from the Sponsor. The Participant then must check the box “I’m not a robot” to complete the My Account registration, then select “Register”. Once submitted, the Participant will receive an email confirming his/her My Account registration. Once the Participant has created his/her “My Account”, and the Participant returns to the Property Tracker, that returning Participant’s email address will be his/her username and he/she will enter that username and the password created during registration each time he/she returns to the Property Tracker to enter a new Code(s) towards potentially earning a Reward and to keep track of the “Collect and Win” Game Stamps he/she has collected. Should a Participant forget his/her password, he/she can select “Forgot Password” on the “Log In” page and follow the instructions to reset his/her password.

        Password Requirements: Passwords must contain between 8 and 12 characters including at least one uppercase letter (A-Z); one lowercase letter (a-z); and one numeric digit (0-9). Passwords can also contain special characters such as : ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & *_-+ = . Spaces are not allowed. We encourage Participants to create a “unique” password that is different from their other passwords, that has not already been used and that does not contain names or common words.

        Note: The Property Tracker is only offered as a convenience. For the purposes of making a valid Prize claim, no entry of a Code in the Property Tracker is or shall be accepted by the Redemption Centre as proof of the existence or possession or ownership, at any time, by a Participant of any Game Stamp or Stamps that bear a Code entered by that Participant in the Property Tracker. Participants Must Retain All Of The Participant’s Original Game Stamps because the Participant may be required to produce one or more original Game Stamps in order to make a valid claim for a Prize in the Game. Entry of a Code in the Property Tracker will not be accepted as a substitute, or proxy, for an original Game Stamp.

        A Participant is eligible to receive a Monopoly Reward with each seven Codes entered, up to a maximum of fifty-six Codes. When a Participant enters the qualifying unique Code (i.e. the seventh Code for Level 1 Reward, the fourteenth Code for Level 2 Reward, etc.) into his/her Property Tracker, a screen message will inform the Participant that he/she has qualified for the applicable Reward. The Participant will then receive an email with a unique Reward code (a “Reward Code”). The email sent with the Reward Code will also include the website to which a Participant must go to claim his/her Reward along with instructions to complete the claim. If the email is not received within forty-eight hours, please check your spam and/or junk folders.

      As described in this Rule, Game Pieces can be obtained, while supplies last, at a participating McDonald’s restaurant on specially-marked packages of food items to which Game Pieces are affixed, or a Participant can get a Game Piece without purchase.

      1. How To Get A Game Piece On Specially-Marked Packages By Making A Food Purchase In The Game:

        A Participant can get a Game Piece by visiting a participating McDonald’s restaurant in Canada during the Game Period and purchasing a food item that is contained in specially-marked packages, available while supplies last. One Game Piece is affixed to the following specially-marked food items: medium and large hot McCafé® beverages (Premium Roast Brewed Coffee, Tea, Mocha, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano and Deluxe Hot Chocolate); extra large hot McCafé® beverages (Premium Roast Brewed Coffee or Tea only); medium and large Fountain Drinks; medium and large Triple Thick Milkshake®; Big Mac® sandwich; Double Big Mac® sandwich; Quarter Pounder® sandwich; Quarter Pounder with Cheese®  sandwich; Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese® sandwich; Quarter Pounder® BLT sandwich; Double Quarter Pounder® BLT sandwich; McChicken® sandwich; Habanero McChicken® sandwich; 10-piece Chicken McNuggets®; large Fries; McMuffin® sandwiches: Egg McMuffin® sandwich, Sausage ‘N Egg McMuffin® sandwich (excludes Sausage McMuffin® sandwich), Bacon ‘N Egg McMuffin® sandwich, Chicken McMuffin® sandwich; Hash Brown. Specially-marked packages referred to above are available for the applicable menu item during the hours when that menu item is served, while supplies last. The hours during which particular menu items are served vary at some participating McDonald’s restaurants in Canada.

        As the Game progresses, some forms of the specially-marked packages referred to above may run out before others and may not be replenished. Refer to the planned Game schedule below.

      2. How To Get A Game Piece In The Game Without Making A Food Purchase:

        A Participant has an alternative means of entry into the Game (an “AMOE”). That Participant can request a Game Piece, without buying a food item, by mailing a request (a “Request”) as follows:

        1. (i) the Request must be mailed in a postage-paid outer envelope;

        2. (ii) the Participant’s complete return mailing address must be included on the outer envelope;

        3. (iii) within the outer envelope there must be one self-addressed envelope that uses the Participant’s complete mailing address;

        4. (iv) the self-addressed envelope must bear sufficient return postage;

        5. (v) the outer envelope must be mailed to: 2020 Monopoly® “Coast to Coast” Game at McDonald’s Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 314, Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, E2L 3Y2.

        Do Not Send Any Potential Winning Game Materials, Comments Or Questions To This Address. Each Request must be mailed in a separate outer envelope (i.e. only one Request per outer envelope). Both the mailing and return addresses on the exterior envelope must be legible. Envelopes with no return address on the outside will not be honoured. Requests that fail in any way to comply with the requirements set out above in this sub-paragraph or that are not mailed separately (i.e., only one Request per outer envelope) bearing sufficient postage will not be honoured. While supplies last, one Game Piece (consisting of two Game Stamps) will be mailed in response to each Request that complies with these requirements. The outer envelopes bearing the Requests must be postmarked no sooner than September 21, 2020, and no later than November 9, 2020, and actually received at the above address no later than November 16, 2020, to allow adequate time for processing.

    4. The Planned Game Schedule: It is planned that Game Pieces will be available in participating McDonald’s restaurants in Canada on specially-marked packages beginning on or about October 6, 2020, and ending on or about November 9, 2020. However, Game Pieces that remain in participating McDonald's restaurants in Canada on November 10, 2020, will be distributed to the public until they are gone (but in no event later than the Prize redemption deadline of November 30, 2020), at which point the Game will end. As a result, as the Game progresses, some participating McDonald’s restaurants may complete distribution of their supply of Game Pieces before others. Similarly, Game Pieces may be depleted on some forms of packaging before others. Reference Rule 12.B. for possible Force Majeure events that could impact the planned Game schedule.

    5. Transfers Of Game Stamps: Any transfer, whether by way of sale, loan, gift, handover or any other manner whatsoever, of any Game Materials, including without limitation, a Game Stamp, by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited. The transfer by a Participant of any Game Materials, including without limitation, a Game Stamp, to any other person is strictly prohibited except as follows:

      1. (i) a Minor must transfer Game Stamps to the Minor’s parent/legal guardian to claim a Prize (except a Food Prize) on the Minor’s behalf; or

      2. (ii) if a Participant who is the potential winner of a Prize wishes to transfer the Prize or the related potential winning "Instant Win" Game Stamp, or potential Winning Combination, as the case may be, to another person, subject to these Official Rules that transfer must be authorized expressly in writing by the Redemption Centre before the transfer is made, and such authorization may be granted or withheld in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

      A Participant must make any request for such authorization in writing, must sign that request and must mail the written and signed request along with his/her Game Materials when submitted to the Redemption Centre.

  4. How To Play The Game.

    To play the Game, first obtain a Game Piece which contains two Game Stamps. Then carefully peel each Game Stamp from its backing on the Game Piece, or from the specially-marked package to which the Game Piece is affixed, to determine if a Game Stamp is an “Instant Win” Game Stamp, which potentially may win a Prize, or is a “Collect and Win” Game Stamp which is part of a potential Winning Combination in the Game. Note that Rule 7 below outlines how to claim a Food Prize, an “Instant Win” Prize and a “Collect and Win” Prize and provides details and deadlines in the Game.

    1. Monopoly® “Instant Win” Game Stamps: If an “Instant Win” Game Stamp identifies a Prize that is an “Instant Win” Prize in the Game (refer to Rules 5.A. and 5.B.), the Participant who possesses that “Instant Win” Game Stamp is the potential winner of that Prize, subject to verification of the potential winning “Instant Win” Game Stamp and of the Participant’s compliance with these Official Rules.

    2. Monopoly® “Collect and Win” Game Stamps: “Collect and Win” Game Stamps describe the name of a Monopoly® street property, location, airport, highway or RMHC location that corresponds to a street property, location, airport, highway or RMHC location on the Game Board. A Participant must collect and combine all of the original “Collect and Win” Game Stamps of the same colour group (or, if applicable, all of the airport “Collect and Win” Game Stamps or both highways or all of the RMHC “Collect and Win” locations) necessary to form a potential Winning Combination for a “Collect and Win” Prize. The Game Stamp numbers of the “Collect and Win” Game Stamps that must be collected to form a potential Winning Combination for a “Collect and Win” Prize can be found on individual “Collect and Win” Game Stamps and in Rule 5.C. below. If a Participant collects all of the “Collect and Win” Game Stamps required to complete a Winning Combination, that Participant is the potential winner of the Prize identified on the applicable “Collect and Win” Game Stamps and in Rule 5.C. of these Official Rules, subject to verification of the “Collect and Win” Game Stamps, of the potential Winning Combination and of the Participant’s compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor will not honour and is not responsible for any combination of Game Stamps that is incomplete or any purported game stamp(s) which is/are copies of any genuine, original Game Stamp.

  5. Monopoly® Game Stamps: Distribution, Seeding And Numbers; And Prizes: Numbers, ARVs And Approximate Chances Of Winning (the “Odds”).

    Potential winning Game Stamps are distributed on a generally random basis across the universe of Game Stamps. It is planned that approximately 98,119,102 total Game Pieces (two Game Stamps per Game Piece) will be distributed during the Game Period. The overall Odds of a Participant winning a Prize as of the outset of the Game are 1 in 5, based on the planned number of Game Pieces.

    In addition to any terms and conditions noted in each Prize description, all Prizes are subject to the Prize Conditions set out in Rule 8.C. below.

    Note: The approximate numbers of Prizes available to be won in the Game, and the Odds of winning Prizes, which are set out in these Official Rules, are stated as of the outset of the Game. The numbers of Prizes available to be won will diminish as the Game progresses, and the Odds of winning Prizes will change as Prizes are claimed.

    1. Food Prizes: Based on a random distribution of 98,119,102 Game Pieces, it is planned that approximately 17,970,736 Food Prizes will be available to be won at the outset of the Game. In the event that fewer Game Pieces are distributed, the number of available Food Prizes will be lower, but will maintain the 1 in 5.5 odds. The Odds of winning a specified Food Prize, as of the outset of the Game, and the ARV of each specified Food Prize, are outlined below.

      Cheeseburger: It is planned that approximately three million, five hundred ninety-four thousand, one hundred fifty Cheeseburgers will be available to be won in the Game; Odds: approximately 1 in 28; ARV: $1.89.

      Small Fountain Drink: It is planned that approximately one million, six hundred seventeen thousand, three hundred sixty-three Small (16 oz.) Fountain Drinks will be available to be won in the Game; Odds: approximately 1 in 61; ARV: $1.69.

      Medium Fries: It is planned that approximately three million, nine hundred fifty-three thousand, five hundred sixty Medium Fries will be available to be won in the Game; Odds: approximately 1 in 25; ARV: $2.79.

      Sandwich: This Prize may be claimed for any one of the following and for no other sandwich or food item:

      • Big Mac®

For the purposes of making a valid Prize Claim, no entry of a Code in the Property Tracker is, or shall be accepted as, proof of the existence, the possession or the ownership, at any time, by a Participant of any Game Stamp or Stamps that bear a Code entered by a Participant in the Property Tracker.

    The first Participant to validly enter a particular Code at the Online Redemption Site in order to claim a Prize will be the only Participant who can make a valid Prize Claim using that particular Code.

    Forfeiture: If, for any reason, a Prize is forfeited, then the applicable Prize will not be awarded and the potential Prize winner will not have any claim against the Game Entities or against any other person, firm or corporation in respect of the applicable Prize or any matter related to the Game.

    1. General Information For Prize Claim:

      1. Eligibility Requirement For Claiming a Prize: There is no age limit for claiming a Food Prize in the Game. In order to claim a Non-Food Prize (either “Instant Win” Non-Food Prize or “Collect and Win” Prize) in the Game, a Participant must be the age of majority in his/her province/territory of residence as of the date the Prize is being claimed, or must be the parent/legal guardian of a Minor who is a potential Prize winner.

        The Age of Majority for the following provinces is eighteen years old:
        Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

        The Age of Majority for the following provinces/territories is nineteen years old:
        British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and Yukon Territory.

        If a potential winner of a Non-Food Prize is a Minor in his/her province/territory of residence, the applicable Prize will be awarded in the name of that winner’s parent/legal guardian, who must do all things (including correctly answering the Skill-Testing Question without assistance of any kind, whether electronic, mechanical or other), execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of the potential (and of an actual) Prize winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and the Minor, or the Prize will be forfeited, the applicable Prize will not be awarded in the Game and the Prize claimant will not have any claim against the Game Entities or against any other person, firm or corporation in respect of the applicable Prize or the Game, or any matter related to the Game.

      2. Prize Claim Deadlines:

        1. Food Prize Claim Deadline: A claim for a Food Prize must be made at a participating McDonald’s restaurant in Canada by 11:59:59 p.m. Local Time on November 30, 2020.

        2. Non-Food Prize Claim Deadlines: A claim for a Non-Food Prize must be completed at the Online Redemption Site by 11:59:59 p.m. Local Time on November 30, 2020, or, if a Participant’s Game Stamp exhibits a toll-free number and the winner elects to call the toll-free number instead of completing the Online Redemption, the Participant must call the Redemption Centre by 11:59:59 p.m. Local Time on November 30, 2020, in order to begin the Participant’s claim for the applicable Prize. The Game Materials required to complete a claim for a Non-Food Prize (as described below) must be actually received by the Redemption Centre by December 14, 2020, or will result in forfeiture by the potential Prize winner of the Prize to which he/she might otherwise have been or become entitled. Failure to claim a Prize by 11:59:59 p.m. Local Time on November 30, 2020, or failure to submit completed and required Game Materials for actual receipt by the Redemption Centre by December 14, 2020, will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

      3. Game Materials:

        In addition to other Game Materials required by these Official Rules in order for a Participant to validly claim a Prize, in its sole discretion, the Redemption Centre may ask a Participant to provide further documentation during the verification process. The nature and extent of such documentation shall be at the sole discretion of the Redemption Centre for the purposes, among other things, of confirming the Participant’s eligibility and his/her compliance with these Official Rules. Without limitation, that documentation may involve proof of employment history and/or a form of government-issued photo identification (e.g., valid driver’s licence). A potential Prize winner may be requested to consent to a confidential background check conducted by or through the Redemption Centre, to help the Sponsor ensure that the Sponsor’s use of such Participant in advertising or publicity will not bring the Sponsor or a Prize Partner into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Game or the Sponsor or on a Prize Partner.

    2. Prize Claim Verification:

      Game Materials sent by a Participant to the Redemption Centre will be reviewed by the Redemption Centre to verify the Participant’s compliance with the Official Rules and to verify that the Participant is making a valid Prize claim. After the Redemption Centre has completed its review of a potential Prize winner’s Game Materials, including reviewing whether his/her answer to the Skill-Testing Question is correct, the Redemption Centre will then notify the Participant:

      1. That the potential Prize winner “is not verified” as having won the applicable Prize, and that the applicable Prize is forfeited. In addition to any other event or situation referred to in these Official Rules which results in, or may result in, forfeiture of a Prize, forfeiture of a Prize will occur if the potential Prize winner

        1. (a) has not correctly answered the Skill-Testing Question, or

        2. (b) does not submit the original potential winning Game Stamp or all of the original potential winning Game Stamps that comprise a Winning Combination, along with the required Game Materials for verification (when required).

        Note: Neither the Game Entities, the Prize Partners, the Monopoly Reward Partners nor any other person or entity shall be liable or responsible for any failure on the part of a Participant to correctly follow, in full, the redemption instructions and procedures contained in or provided for pursuant to these Official Rules.

      2. That the potential Prize winner “is verified” as having won the applicable Prize. Any potential Prize winner who is verified as a winner of a Prize will receive:

        1. (a) either an email with the redemption code and/or the link to claim the Prize directly from the Prize Partner;

        2. (b) a shipment of the Prize from the Prize Partner or the Redemption Centre; or

        3. (c) notification of next steps concerning how to select/receive the applicable Prize.

  7. How To Claim/Redeem Prizes Won In The Game.

    Note: Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, Participants should not show or give any “Instant Win” Non-Food Game Stamp, any potential Winning Combination of Game Stamps, any Game Materials and/or any Declaration and Release to any McDonald’s employee. McDonald’s employees can only verify and award “Instant Win” Game Stamps for Food Prizes.

    1. How To Claim A Food Prize And Food Prize Terms:

      1. Food Prize Claim Process: Potential winning “Instant Win” Game Stamps for McDonald’s food items that are Food Prizes in the Game may be claimed at the counter, at a kiosk or at the Drive Thru at any participating McDonald’s restaurant in Canada by 11:59:59 p.m. Local Time on November 30, 2020. Before placing a food order, a Participant must inform a McDonald’s restaurant counter person or, if applicable, a Drive Thru McDonald’s person, that he/she wishes to claim a Food Prize, and then should present his/her potential winning original Food Prize Game Stamp to that McDonald’s person. If a Participant wishes to use a kiosk to order a McDonald’s food item for which the Participant possesses a potential winning “Instant Win” Game Stamp for a McDonald’s food item, that Participant should go to a kiosk and select the “Offers and Coupons” button on the top right side of any of the menus and then select Monopoly®. A screen will appear which informs the Participant that he/she will be redirected to the front counter for payment and Game Stamp validation, but first the Participant should continue to place his/her food order. The Participant will confirm he/she would like to continue. If the Participant elects to continue, the next screen will display all “Instant Win” Food Prizes and the Participant should select the “Instant Win” Food Prize which the Participant wishes to claim against the Participant’s potential winning “Instant Win” Game Stamp. Once the Participant has selected that Food Prize, it will be added to the order basket. A Participant may wish to claim only his/her Game Stamp for the applicable “Instant Win” Food Prize or may wish to continue to order additional food items. Once the Participant completes and confirms his/her food order, a receipt will be printed which the Participant must take to any register at the front counter to pick up his/her food order. When the Participant goes to the front counter register, he/she should present the receipt and the original potential winning Food Prize Game Stamp to the McDonald’s counter person.

      2. Food Prize Claim Terms: A Food Prize may be claimed only during the hours that food item is served and only on a visit subsequent to the visit during which the Participant obtained the applicable Game Stamp for that Food Prize. No “Instant Win” Game Stamp for a Food Prize is valid in combination with any other offer or discount. Only one Food Prize redemption is permitted per Participant per visit to a participating McDonald’s restaurant. All visits to the same restaurant within a two-hour period are deemed to constitute a single visit. Some participating McDonald’s restaurants may not offer a particular food item which is a Food Prize in the Game, or for some other reason that item may not be available, in which case participating McDonald’s restaurants reserve the right to substitute a food item of equivalent or greater retail value for the Food Prize specified on the “Instant Win” Game Stamp for a Food Prize. In the event that any food counters and/or kiosks are closed for any reason, the remaining provisions of this section will continue to apply. Food Prizes are not redeemable through any food delivery services.

    2. How To Claim A Ten Dollar Or Fifty Dollar McDonald’s Card Prize:

      To claim a Prize of a Ten Dollar or Fifty Dollar “Instant Win” McDonald’s Card Prize, a Participant with an “Instant Win” Game Stamp that indicates a Ten Dollar or Fifty Dollar McDonald’s Card Prize first must visit a participating McDonald’s restaurant in Canada and ask for the McDonald’s restaurant manager to obtain an empty McDonald’s Card. Participant should show the potential winning Game Stamp to the restaurant manager, but do not give the Game Stamp to the manager or any other restaurant employee, the Participant will need to keep it. That empty McDonald’s Card will not be activated, but will come with instructions informing the Participant how to begin to claim the McDonald’s Card Prize. The Participant must then visit the Online Redemption Site and complete the following requirements by 11:59:59 p.m. Local Time on November 30, 2020: confirm that he/she has reached the age of majority in his/her province/territory of residence (or is the parent/legal guardian of a Minor potential Prize winner) by selecting the appropriate box; must enter his/her valid email address and then confirm that email address; then must select the Prize from the drop down menu to identify that he/she is claiming a Ten Dollar or Fifty Dollar McDonald’s Card Prize, and must enter the 12-digit Code which appears on the applicable potential winning “Instant Win” Game Stamp; must check the box to confirm that he/she is not a robot; must read carefully, and in full, the statements which appear below an onscreen checkbox; must then check that onscreen check box stating that he/she acknowledges and declares that he/she has carefully read, understands, agrees to and has complied with all of the provisions which appear in those statements, including, without limitation, understanding, agreeing to and complying with the Official Rules; must then complete the personal information required: first and last name, complete residential street address including any apartment or suite and city/town, province/territory, postal code and primary and (optional) secondary telephone numbers (including area code); must then enter the twenty digit number found on the back of the McDonald’s Card obtained from the Manager; and must correctly answer the Skill-Testing Question (without assistance of any kind, whether electronic, mechanical or other) in the space provided for the answer. If the Participant correctly answers the Skill-Testing Question the Prize will be loaded onto the McDonald’s Card within approximately 24 hours, after which time the applicable Prize amount of Ten Dollars or Fifty Dollars will be available on that McDonald’s Card for use at a participating McDonald’s restaurant in Canada. “Instant Win” Game Stamps for Food Prizes are subject to verification at a participating McDonald’s restaurant. Game Stamps are null and void and will be rejected if the Sponsor finds that they were not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels. “Legitimate channels” do not include purchasing or obtaining Game Stamps online or at live auctions, or by any unauthorized transfer by sharing a stamp or stamp(s). If any part of any Game Stamp is counterfeited, or if any Game Stamp comes from other games or promotions, or if any part of any Game Stamp is illegible in whole or in part, washed, erased, mutilated, eaten, damaged or tampered with in any way, or if any Game Stamp contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors or omissions, the Game Stamp will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. As is noted above in the section entitled “Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Decisions Bind Participants”, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of the Sponsor and the Redemption Centre shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Game, including, without limitation, determinations regarding a potential Prize winner’s eligibility to win a Prize and/or the validity, state or status of Game Stamps submitted for verification. Only Game Stamps with 2020 Game artwork will be accepted for verification.
